Emma Ingram has been working in the design industry since 1999. She has been enrolled in the interior design program at both The Art Institute of Seattle and Bellevue Community College. She entered the field directly after high school while attending college working under a highly innovative residential designer.  There her defined style was "Northwest Contemporary".  Working mainly in the warm, rich colors of the Northwest, with a focus on wood, structure and materials.

Emma was employed by Kravet Fabrics, a trade only resource for three years. At Kravet, she developed an extensive knowledge of fabrics, their history and applications. Kravet Fabrics represents multiple lines out of England, which have many uses and rich history.  As Kravet is a trade only showroom Emma developed relations with designers and distributors throughout the Seattle design community.

After spending time throughout France and Italy Emma personal style evolved.  Touring furniture makers and artisans studios in Italy she developed a new love for a more traditional decor.  Her personal style is now a mix of the clean lines of contemporary furniture with an unexpected twist of a traditional fabric.  Use of natural materials is often prominant in Emma's work.   Rich leathers and wools, relaxed cottons and linens accented with deep wood tones.

In the summer of 2005 she joined Mignone Interiors and has been a valuable asset to the team by bringing in her strong spatial and design sense as well as her great knowledge of textile applications and their uses. Her ability to organize and create a plan for all projects is unsurpassed. At Mignone Interiors Emma has found the perfect home for her love of European furniture and textiles. Mignone Interior represents furniture and art lines for any style.  The Mignone team has designed homes throughout the Snoqualmie Valley, Bellevue, Medina and Seattle.

Emma is now happily balancing work and family after arrival of her first child, her daughter Tyler, in December of 2006.  Her little "designer in training" can already be found playing with beautiful fabric samples at the Mignone showroom.
