Mignone Interiors Lead Floor Sales Associate Position
Job Description
The successful Lead Floor Sales Associate will have 3 or more years of retail sales experience in a specialty retail environment. An understanding of the Mignone Interiors aesthetic, a sense of home décor and visual skills are required.
Our Sales Associate’s are responsible for providing excellent customer service and upholding all visual and operational standards within the store. They are responsible for on the floor operations and work closely with our clients and designers. Our Lead Floor Sales Associate must be a strong leader with an ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation, and a full understanding of their business. The Lead Floor Sales Associate will play a key role in the training and development of all sales store staff. Maintain an awareness of home trends and relevance to the store environment. Manage and motivate a high level of customer care. Most of all, have a true love and passion for helping our clients create a warm and welcoming environment they desire in their own homes. A design background is a bonus, but not a must in this position.
This will be a full time position, but we will consider two part time positions.
The working hours required will be Tue-Saturday 9:30-6.
